Cookie Policy

How we use cookies and similar technologies on our website.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how Trase AI, Inc. (“Trase”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at trase.ai (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only and not to our products or services, which are governed by separate terms. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, and local storage. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, measure usage, and (for some) support advertising. “Cookies” in this policy covers all of these.

For more information about cookies, see https://www.aboutcookies.org/cookie-faq.

3. Cookies and Tags We Use

We deploy our tags through Google Tag Manager, which does not profile you but controls which of the tags below fire. The non-essential tags fire only after you consent.

Category Tools / tags Typical cookies & IDs Consent? Default
Strictly necessary Site hosting (Vercel); form processing (FormSpark) Session / security only No Always on
Analytics Google Analytics 4 _ga, _ga_* Yes — opt-in Off until you accept
Marketing / advertising OpenAI advertising pixel; Google Ads conversion IDs set by OpenAI / Google Ads Yes — opt-in Off until you accept

On a successful form submission we send a “lead_created” conversion event to the OpenAI advertising pixel. This fires only where you have accepted marketing cookies.

4. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies

We use a cookie consent platform to manage consent. When you first visit the Site, the consent banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences by category. Reject is as easy and prominent as Accept, non-essential cookies stay off unless you opt in, and nothing is pre-ticked. It records your choice as evidence of consent.

You can change your choices anytime via the Cookie Settings link in the Site footer, which reopens the preference centre. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without strictly-necessary cookies.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of advertising cookies where required.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties whose own privacy practices apply:

  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads)
  • OpenAI
  • FormSpark
  • Vercel
  • CookieYes

6. California “Do Not Sell or Share”

Our marketing/advertising cookies may involve “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. California residents can opt out via the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link on the Site, by rejecting marketing cookies, or by enabling GPC. See our Privacy Policy for full California rights.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as our cookie use changes; the revised version will be posted here with a new date. If you have any questions about this Cookie Policy, or have any questions, complaints, or requests regarding your personal data, you can contact us as described below:
