These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Trase website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Trase AI, Inc. (“Trase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Trase builds agentic AI software for enterprise and government customers.

The Site provides information about Trase's products and services and allows visitors to request a product demo or initiate contact with our team. Submitting a demo request or contact form does not guarantee access to any product, feature, or service, and does not create any obligation for Trase to provide services by any particular date or at all.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 14 years of age and whose use does not violate applicable law. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under 13 we will promptly delete it.

When you submit a demo request or contact form, Trase collects the information you provide — which may include your name, email address, company name, job title, and message content. We use this information to:

• Respond to your inquiry or schedule a demo;
• Send you information about Trase's products, services, and updates; and
• Manage our business relationship with you.

By submitting a form on the Site, you consent to Trase contacting you for these purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send.

We may use third-party tools to manage communications and store contact information (for example, CRM or email platforms). Those tools are governed by their own privacy policies.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without Trase's prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Trase is not responsible for those third-party platforms or their content. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trase disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Trase does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trase and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site. In no event will Trase's total liability to you exceed $100.

Trase may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. By continuing to use the Site after updated Terms of Use are posted, you agree to the revised Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
